BECOME A seasonal CASHIER-SALES ASSOCIATE

(MAINLY TO ASSIST WITH PREPARING ONLINE ORDERS)

DUTIES :

  • Prepare online orders from SAQ customers 
  • Receive merchandise and place it on shelves
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Process cash register transactions and ensure products are sold responsibly
  • Perform store maintenance
  • Drive a pallet truck-type forklift

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 or older
Dedicated to providing superior customer service
High school diploma, diploma of vocational studies or equivalent
Capable of handling loads weighing around 38 lbs (17 kg)
Available for evening and night shifts
Must 18 years or older
Are passionate about providing an above-and-beyond level of customer service

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the type of employment? 

The cashier-sales associate (mainly to assist in preparing online orders) position is a seasonal and mostly on-call position with no guaranteed hours but the potential of up to 37 hours a week. Possibility of re-employment during the holiday season!

What will my work schedule be? 

Shifts are primarily evenings from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. and nights from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
This is an on-call position, so you may be called in the morning to work later the same day.

Where is the workplace located?

You may be asked to work at our online fulfillment centre in Montreal (560 Hector-Barsalou) or at two Montreal locations (7550 Sherbrooke East and 6360 Sherbrooke East).

What is the start date? 

The date of entry into function is scheduled to start as soon as possible, but our needs are mainly from June 12 to September 3, 2022.

Will I hear back from the SAQ after submitting my application?
