TASKS
REQUIREMENTS
💦 ensure exemplary cleanliness of the premises and the site's interior and exterior facilities
👟 good physical condition and ability to work standing for long periods of time
🧼 wash windows and floors, pick up trash, etc.
📣 ability to intervene with a client who does not respect the instructions
⚙️ participate in the daily operations of the facilities
📆 variable availability, including evenings and weekends
🗣 Be able to interact with customers in French and English

REQUIREMENTS
⚙️ participate in the day-to-day operations of the site
🎓 Professional Diploma in general building maintenance or 3 years of experience in a similar position
🔩 ensure proper operation of indoor and outdoor facilities, mechanical rooms and buildings
👟 good physical condition and ability to work standing for long periods
🛠 perform minor basic repair work, carpentry, plumbing and painting when required
📆 available on variable hours including evenings and weekends
🗣 be able to interact with customers in French and English
💧 knowledge in the pool industry (an asset)

The positions offered are available for day, evening and weekend shifts:
- Sunday to Thursday : 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday : 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
